Every Doctor Call Carries GPS Proof
The MR checks in at the clinic and checks out when the call ends. Both punches carry GPS location and time, so the report shows the MR met Dr. Iyer at 10:58 and spent 26 minutes there. Clinics and chemist shops can be set up as geofences, and the system records arrival and departure at each one automatically.
Visit photos are camera-only. An old photo from the gallery cannot be uploaded as proof, and every photo is stamped with location and time. If GPS is switched off or a fake location app is installed, that event is recorded too and shows up in the exception report.
Tour Plans and Coverage You Can Check
Set up the tour plan for each MR: which beat on which day, and which doctors and chemists to meet. Managers approve the plan in the app. Through the month, the coverage report compares the plan with GPS-verified calls, area by area, and lists the doctors who were not met.
