FieldSense prices are taken from their website fieldsense.in in July 2026 (₹300 per user monthly, ₹250 per user on the yearly plan, free plan for up to 10 users). Taxes are extra on both sides. Prices change, so please check both websites before you decide.
What the Free Plan Leaves Out
Smart forms
For most field teams, filling forms is the main work: surveys, service reports, orders, KYC papers. The free plan does not give you forms at all.
Expense and leave
Travel claims and leave cause most of the month-end arguments. The free plan does not include either one.
Help when you need it
Problems come at 7 am when the day starts and at 9 pm when reports are due, not only during office hours.

"Ask them" means we could not find this clearly on their website in July 2026. Please ask FieldSense directly instead of taking our word for it.
When FieldSense is enough
If your team is under 10 people and you only need location and attendance, their free plan may be enough for now. We say that openly, because a comparison you cannot trust is worth nothing.
Everything after that point is where we win: the 11th user, forms that work in a village or a basement, travel allowance on real distance, and help at 9 pm on a Sunday. If any of these matter to you, the comparison above is your answer.
