MR Reporting Software with GPS Proof on Every Doctor Call

ConnectMyWorld is an MR reporting app for Indian pharma teams. MRs punch doctor and chemist calls on the phone, fill the call report in under a minute at the clinic, and the day’s report is ready from what was punched, with GPS and time on every entry. It runs on our field CRM software, so leads, orders and targets live in the same app.

From Diary to App

The DCR, Before and After

Most pharma teams still fill the daily call report at night, in a diary or an Excel sheet, from memory. Managers read it the next day and have no way to check it. Here is what changes with an MR reporting app.

Every Doctor Call Carries GPS Proof

The MR checks in at the clinic and checks out when the call ends. Both punches carry GPS location and time, so the report shows the MR met Dr. Iyer at 10:58 and spent 26 minutes there. Clinics and chemist shops can be set up as geofences, and the system records arrival and departure at each one automatically.

Visit photos are camera-only. An old photo from the gallery cannot be uploaded as proof, and every photo is stamped with location and time. If GPS is switched off or a fake location app is installed, that event is recorded too and shows up in the exception report.

Tour Plans and Coverage You Can Check

Set up the tour plan for each MR: which beat on which day, and which doctors and chemists to meet. Managers approve the plan in the app. Through the month, the coverage report compares the plan with GPS-verified calls, area by area, and lists the doctors who were not met.

An MR tracking app shows more than location. Managers see planned calls against completed calls, average calls per day, and time spent with each doctor.

No Evening Work

Daily Call Reports in Minutes

The call report is a short form the MR fills at the clinic: products discussed, samples given, next visit date. Most fields are dropdowns, so there is little typing, and the form can also be filled by voice, the same way you dictate a WhatsApp message. Managers get the full day’s report without anyone sitting down in the evening to write it.

Filled from dropdowns

Call report forms are built for your products and pick lists. Filling one takes under a minute.

Works without network

Forms open, fill and submit even with no internet. Data syncs when the network returns, nothing is lost.

Locked to the clinic

A form can be set so it submits only at the client location. A DCR cannot be filed from home.

More Than Doctor Calls

Chemist Orders, Expenses and TA

The same app covers the rest of the MR’s day. Order forms capture chemist and stockist orders during the visit. Trip and expense forms capture the day’s spend. And because the app tracks the full journey from login to logout, TA can be paid on actual kilometres travelled instead of what the expense sheet says. Forms are fully customizable, as covered on our mobile data collection app page.

Beyond Reporting

A Pharma CRM for the Whole Team

MR reporting is one part of a bigger system. The same platform is a pharma CRM: leads and hospital accounts move through a pipeline, follow-ups are recorded after each call, new customers are added from the field, and targets for calls and coverage are tracked against what the team actually did. If you are comparing CRM software for pharmaceutical companies, start with the Field CRM page and book a demo with your division’s workflow.

FAQ

MR Reporting App: Frequently Asked Questions

What is MR reporting software?

MR reporting software records a medical representative's daily work: doctor and chemist calls, the daily call report (DCR), tour plans, orders and expenses. A mobile MR reporting app like ConnectMyWorld adds GPS and time proof to every call, so managers know the reported visits actually happened.

Can MRs file the DCR without internet?

Yes. The app is built to work offline. The call report can be opened, filled and submitted with no network, and the data syncs automatically when the phone is back online. Nothing is lost in between.

How does GPS proof work for doctor calls?

The MR checks in when the call starts and checks out when it ends. Both punches carry GPS location and time. Clinics can be set up as geofences, so arrival and departure are recorded automatically, and visit photos are camera-only with location stamped on them.

Can managers see tour plan coverage?

Yes. The coverage report compares the approved tour plan with GPS-verified calls: calls made against calls planned, doctors met and missed, average calls per day, and time spent per call, for any date range.

Does it capture chemist and stockist orders?

Yes. Order forms are filled during the visit and reach the office instantly. Orders can also flow onward into your billing software, and all reports export to Excel.

Is this a pharma CRM or just a reporting app?

Both. Reporting covers calls, DCR and coverage. The CRM side manages leads, hospital and chemist accounts, follow-ups and targets on the same platform, so the team carries one app.

What does it cost?

Plans depend on team size, and there is a free 2-week trial. Book a free demo. We will go through your division's workflow and share a clear quote the same day.
