FMCG Sales App for Beats, Outlets and Van Sales
ConnectMyWorld is an FMCG sales app for Indian distribution teams. Salesmen work their beat outlet by outlet: shelf photo, stock check, order and collection, all punched at the counter with GPS proof. It runs on our field CRM software, so outlet accounts and follow-ups live in the same app.
✓ Works offline ✓ Android & iOS ✓ Free 2-week trial
One Store Visit, Six Jobs Done
Retail execution is decided at the outlet. In the two minutes the salesman stands at the counter, the app captures everything the company needs to know about that store, with no paperwork afterwards.
Shelf photo, live only
A camera-only photo of the shelf, stamped with location and time. Gallery uploads are blocked.
Stock check
A quick dropdown form: which SKUs are on the shelf, which are out of stock at this outlet.
Order collection
The order is punched SKU by SKU at the counter. An order collection app that works offline too.
Collection against bills
Cash or cheque collected against earlier bills is recorded on the spot, against the right outlet.
New outlet added
A new shop is added at the location itself, with contact, photo and GPS coordinates.
Next visit set
The follow-up date is recorded before the salesman leaves, so no outlet is missed for months.
Van Sales and Beat Routes on a Live Map
For van sales, the van itself is on the map all day. Managers see the route as it happens: which outlets are done, which are next, and where the van is right now. Outlets can be set up as geofences, so arrival and departure at each shop are recorded automatically.
The same works for salesmen on bikes. Beat planning software inside the app decides who covers which outlets on which day, and the coverage report shows planned outlets against GPS-verified visits, so a skipped shop is visible the same evening.
Secondary Sales You See the Same Day
Secondary sales usually reach the company weeks late, after the distributor’s statements are typed in. Here, every outlet order is captured at the counter, so the day sheet per beat is ready the same evening: outlets billed, order value, collections, and the outlets that gave nothing.
The data exports to Excel and PDF, and can flow onward into the distributor’s billing software over API. Nobody re-enters orders at night, and the numbers you see are the ones that were punched at the shop.
A Retail Execution App You Can Trust
Retail execution reports are useful only when there is proof behind them. Every entry in this app carries GPS and time before it can be submitted, so a stock check cannot be filled from the salesman’s home.
Locked to the outlet
Forms can be set to submit only at the outlet's location. The app checks this by itself.
Built for market basements
Photos, orders and forms work with no network and sync later. A bad signal loses nothing.
Merchandising checks
Shelf share, displays and scheme visibility are captured as customizable forms with photos.
Built for Distribution Companies
A DMS handles the warehouse side of distribution: stock, schemes and claims. ConnectMyWorld handles the street side: beats, outlet visits, orders and collections, with proof, and passes clean data onward to whatever billing or DMS you already run. If you are looking for a CRM for distribution companies, start with the Field CRM page. And if your team sells to dealers and businesses rather than retail counters, the field sales management software page covers that day in detail.
FMCG Sales App: Frequently Asked Questions
What is an FMCG sales app?
It is a mobile app for FMCG and distribution field teams. The salesman works his beat on the app: outlet visits with GPS, shelf photos, stock checks, order collection and payment collection. Managers get live maps, coverage reports and day sheets per beat, without waiting for paperwork.
Does it support van sales?
Yes. The van is tracked live on the map through the driver's or salesman's phone, outlets register arrival and departure automatically as geofences, and orders and collections are punched at each stop, even offline.
How does it help with secondary sales?
Every outlet order is captured at the counter, so secondary sales data exists the moment the sale happens. Day sheets per beat show outlets billed, order value and collections the same evening, and the data can flow into the distributor's billing over API or Excel.
Is this a distributor management system (DMS)?
No. A DMS manages stock, schemes and claims in the warehouse. ConnectMyWorld manages the field side: beats, visits, retail execution and order capture. The two work side by side, and we pass clean data to your DMS or billing software.
Does it work in low-network markets?
Yes, it is offline by design. Photos, forms, orders and check-ins all work with no internet and sync automatically when the signal returns. Wholesale markets and basements are exactly what it was built for.
What does it cost?
Tracking, attendance and reporting plans start from Rs 65 per user per month, with a free 2-week trial. Order and CRM modules are priced on a short demo call based on team size.
